抺茶及朱古力版本可以自行調整糖的份量~

Today I made the very popular Dalgona coffee with 2 other variations.
To successfully whip up the coffee you will need equal parts of instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water. You must use HOT water it will be so much easier to whip up the coffee. For matcha and chocolate, they don't have the stabilizer which is presented in coffee so whipping cream is needed in order to create the same effect. You can adjust the amount of sugar for matcha and chocolate dalgona by adjusting the sugar.

[食譜] Dalgona Coffee Matcha Chocolate 400次咖啡/抺茶/朱古力

400次咖啡:

即沖咖啡粉 1湯匙+1 茶匙 (6克)
白砂糖 1湯匙+1 茶匙 (16克)
熱水 1湯匙+1 茶匙 (20毫升)
牛奶

400次抺茶:
抺茶粉 2 茶匙 (2克)
淡忌廉 60毫升
糖 2茶匙 (8克)

400次朱古力
可可粉 2 茶匙 (3-4克)
淡忌廉 60毫升
糖 2茶匙 (8克)
棉花糖及可可粉 少許

Dalgona Coffee:

Instant coffee powder 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (6g)
Sugar 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (16g)
Hot Water 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon (20ml)

Dalgona Matcha:

Matcha powder 2 teaspoons (2g)
Whipping cream 60ml
Sugar 2 teaspoons (8g)

Dalgona Chocolate:

Cocoa powder 2 teaspoons (3-4g)
Whipping cream 60ml
Sugar 2 teaspoons (8g)
Marshmallow and cocoa powder for decoration
